Ginger and Nuts, award-winning unpredictable live radio Every Friday at 12 Noon, something magical happens across the airwaves. ‘Ginger and Nuts’ are a cheeky yet lovable ‘award-winning’ duo who present a fun show like no other. In fact, some might say they’re the paramedics of the airwaves, thanks to bringing real radio back to life again! Forget those boring presenter types that seem to dominate radio. Ginger and Nuts are undoubtedly different. The show might be unpredictable at times, but they’re definitely two extraordinary individuals who have a unique and natural ability to make people laugh with their ongoing banter. Listeners, including celebrities, are said to love their presenting style. When It comes to competitions and new features, they’re bursting at the seams with creativity. Oh, and let’s face it, who needs big, super-duper prizes when you can get your hands on a ‘Ginger and Nuts’ mug. Priceless! Holy smoke! When it comes to telling everyone who they’ve interviewed, they’re a little more modest (dunno why). They’ve also worked in partnership with Disney, Marvel, Lush, Shark Ninja and Empire Cinemas, as well as Lovehoney and Bondara! They have recently collaborated with Creative Fabrica too.
Mark Farley
Presenter/Producer
Born and raised in East London in the 60's Mark would often spend his pocket money and eventually wages on records , and could often be found in his local record shop where you could buy a lucky dip bag of ex jukebox singles for £1 . Helping a friend with a mobile disco sparked the interest in djing , followed by a 10yr spell as a thespian he found himself back djing the usual venues . After moving to an upstairs flat the shine soon wore off of carrying everything up and down stairs so retirement called. Radio presenting started about 8yrs ago following a chance conversation with a former dj friend and the rest as they say is history.

Rob Polland
Presenter/Producer
Hi I’m Rob Polland My love and passion for radio started way back in 1962 when as a small boy for Christmas I was giving the smallest transistor radio you ever saw. What‘s the first thing I did went to bed at 8 as usual and got my tranny out and one little earpiece “no stereo then “and tuned in to radio Luxembourg under the covers and a presenter by the name of Barry Aldiss came on, some of you of a certain age will remember him, and so the fuse was lit my love for radio had begun. Music has been and still is a huge part of my life so radio and music together it was inevitable I would get involved. I started out in hospital radio many moons ago and have moved to different stations over the years and eventually to internet radio which I believe is the future of many things including radio. Like many presenters I believe in radio the way it used to be and if I can be a tiny fraction as good as my hero Sir Terry Wogan I’ll be happy man mind you in saying that give me another couple of years I might be nearly good at it.
